Make sure that you’re getting enough protein in every meal.
Protein is a building block for so many of your bodily function that if you’re not getting enough protein you just aren’t going to feel your best.
It supplies your body with both energy and the amino acids necessary to build and maintain muscles.
Not getting enough protein can affect your immune system and sex drive as well… assuming you have the energy for sex.
Be sure to get at least 15 grams of protein in every meal, and snacks should have protein as well.
