Healthy habits that really aren’t good for you

Everyone knows that we need to exercise, and there is a lot of information out there telling us to exercise every day.

Healthy habits that really aren’t good for you

But strenuously exercising every day no matter how you’re feeling is actually counter-productive.

Exercising while ill or when already exhausted leads to a greater chance of injuries and various aches and pains.

It’s much better to save strenuous exercise for when you’re feeling your best, and instead focus milder activity.

If you do hot yoga or intense cardio, switch to meditative yoga while you’re feeling under the weather.

Giving your body the break while you heal will help you to avoid injury.
