That’s right.  Fat is actually required by the body for many functions and not eating enough leaves your body unable to work properly.

For years, doctors said to cut back on all fat.

Then they found out that some fats were healthy for the brain, so Omega-3’s were labeled good fats.

Actually, all fats are good fats when eaten in a well-balanced diet.

Rather than restrict fats in your diet, strive to eat the right mix of fats in order to fuel your body and brain.
