Dr. Albright says that diabetes can often be reversed with these small, simple lifestyle changes.
Just 30 minutes of activity made into part of your daily routine can work wonders, according to Dr. Albright.
“If you sit [inactive] most of the day, 5 or 10 minutes is going to be great,” says Dr. Albright. “Walk to your mailbox. Do something that gets you moving, knowing that you’re looking to move towards 30 minutes most days of the week.”
Many studies show that eating less sugar and fewer carbs may be all it takes to reverse type 2 diabetes.
Add exercise to that, and you increase the chances of completely getting rid of the disease.
