Here’s how you can help reverse your diabetes
Eat a low glycemic load, high fiber diet, with plenty of vegetables, and with the right fats. Many people eat a diet high in processed foods, that has too much Omega-6 and bad inflammatory fat.
Vigorous exercise, start with just walking, if that’s all you can do, and work up to 30 minutes per day at least 4 to 5 times a week.
Take good quality vitamins, and plenty of good quality fish oil, and vitamin D3 and chromium picolinate.
