Hotel Scams That Could Ruin Your Next Vacation

So, you’ve got the hotel room, you’ve arrived, and you’re famished.

Hotel Scams That Could Ruin Your Next Vacation

You pick up a flier for a delivery restaurant near the hotel, you call and place an order, and you give your credit card number.

And then you wait for your food.  But your food is not going to arrive.

The flier was a scam, the restaurant doesn’t exist, and the crooks now have your credit card number.

The best thing to do is to ask the front desk for a recommendation on local delivery.

At the very least, check the restaurant out online via Yelp or Google before ordering.
