Apple cider vinegar can be used to cure heartburn symptoms
Apple cider vinegar has been recommended as a folk remedy for heartburn for generations.
Chicago dietitian Debbie Davis, RD has been studying the incredible effects of vinegar.
Ms. Davis has found that apple cider vinegar can be used to cure heartburn symptoms.
Davis recommends using unfiltered apple cider vinegar, “the cloudy kind, where you can see a blob in the bottle.”
The white blob is called “the mother,” and it’s full of beneficial bacterial that support immune function and help cure heartburn.
And don’t try drinking vinegar straight… it tastes terrible and will erode your teeth.
Instead, mix it 1 to 2 tablespoons of vinegar per 8 ounce glass of water.
Sip the vinegar and water concoction twice a day during meals in order to help prevent heartburn from happening.
Or, if you have heartburn already, you can take 1 tablespoon of vinegar and drink a glass of water with it.
Within minutes, heartburn symptoms should be gone!
So did vinegar help Zack get rid of his heartburn symptoms?
“Well, I was really skeptical,” Zack says.
Zack goes on, “But I started drinking water with 1 tablespoon of vinegar in it during dinner, and I stopped having heartburn at night!”
“I’m sleeping better without waking up with the heartburn every night, and I feel great!” Zack says.
