You’re probably pooping wrong

And there’s good reason to look at how you poop to be sure you’re eliminating properly.

You’re probably pooping wrong

A lot of experts believe that a host of digestive illnesses is tied to sitting rather than squatting to eliminate.

The extra straining is tied to hemorrhoids and swollen blood vessels around the anus.

Plus, when you struggle with a bowel movement, you sit on the toilet far longer and reduce the circulation in your legs and feet.

And diseases such as colitis appear also to have ties to the sitting and straining method of bowel movements.

Many doctors are recommending that patients who have regular issues with eliminating and straining begin squatting to have a bowel movement.

There are even special stools (no pun intended) that have been designed to help position you properly and safely over our modern toilets in a squatting position in order to poop properly.

So if you’re having issues with your bowel movements, get a stool of some sort and use it to help you get into more of a squatting position.

After all, it’s the proper way to poop.
