If you like golf, then absolutely go play a round, it’s really just a long walk between swings anyway.

You can use the pool to do a water workout including jumping jacks, running in place, and treading water.

If you’re going for a scenic tour, choose to go for a bike tour instead of the bus.

You’ll get a much better look at the scenery as you peddle by, and fit in fresh air and exercise at the same time.

Do body weight exercises that don’t require any equipment… such as squats or push-ups.

And you can make a push up even more challenging by doing them while on the bed.

If you’re going to the beach, you can play beach volleyball.

You can go for a run, the sand creates extra resistance and changes up your running routine.

The bottom line is that your vacation can be a lot of fun, and it doesn’t have to derail your active lifestyle.
