How much water do you drink in a day?
You may remember from biology, 75% of what makes up our bodies is water.
And when we sweat or urinate, we’re losing water that our bodies need to function.
We need to drink water steadily through the day in order to replace the water that is vital to all of our bodily functions.
Without staying hydrated well enough, our systems become sluggish, and we feel it as fatigue.
