Gluten-free is all the rage now, and it’s another key market for food manufacturers.
The problem is that only about 1% of the population has an actual problem with gluten.
One of the things that gluten free always had for it though was that there were no convenience foods.
So people on this eating plan were eating whole foods, and feeling better because of it.
